Colleen Cutler, President and co-owner of Monument Mortgage Group, LLC. She is a Phoenix native and is an alumna of Xavier College Preparatory ’94 and Arizona State University ’98. Colleen’s journey in the mortgage industry began when she joined her family’s mortgage business, O’Dowd & Associates Mortgage Company, in 2001. Over the years, she has acquired comprehensive experience across all aspects of the lending process, including processing, quality control, funding, and originating loans.

Colleen’s belief is that her well-rounded experience in various roles within the mortgage industry has significantly contributed to her effectiveness as a loan officer. Referral & repeat clients are the foundation of her business.
